Vacuum boxes consists of an approximately 100 mm wide break resistant inspection glass made of transparent, flexible polycarbonate, which is encased in profile rubber and provided with a special soft rubber seal. For the evacuation of the vacuum box, a freely rotatable valve with conical hose sills for 1/2″ – vacuum hoses is used to sealing in any orientation and logically direction of the workflow. On request, we also supply connection couplings instead of the conical nozzle. All VSP vacuum test boxes are equipped with a vacuum meter to prevent misjudgments due to incorrect test vacuums. The economic length is between 500 and 750 mm. Other lengths are possible at the customer’s request.
